Service of notices or documents3

Any notice or document that is required to be sent to an appellant or applicant, as the case may be, under these Regulations may be sent—

a

by post to the postal address given by the appellant or applicant as their address for service; or

b

by electronic mail.

Any document that is required to be sent to the Director under these Regulations may be sent—

a

by post or by personal delivery to an address specified by the Director; or

b

by electronic mail.
