14.—(1) Schedule 1 (The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service Board) to the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 3(4)(b) (non-executive member of the board)—
(a)after “bankrupt” insert “or is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order”
(b)omit “or made a composition or arrangement with his creditors”
(3) In paragraph 20 at the beginning insert—
“”bankruptcy restrictions order” means an order made under Schedule 2A to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 or Schedule 4A to the Insolvency Act 1986”.
