Establishment of Northern Ireland Teachers' Pension Scheme 2015 N.I.

2.—(1) These Regulations establish a scheme for the payment of pensions and other benefits to or in respect of teachers M1 in Northern Ireland.

(2) This scheme is to be known as the Northern Ireland Teachers' Pension Scheme 2015.
