Citation and interpretation 1 1 This Order may be cited as the Rates (Amendment) (2009 Act) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014. 2 In this Order “the 2009 Act” means the Rates (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009. Appointed day 2 1st April 2015 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2009 Act listed in the Schedule.
