Amendment to The Dogs (Licensing and Identification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012

2.—(1) The Dogs (Licensing and Identification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) Regulation 7 (Licence identification) is revoked.
(3) After regulation 9 (Conditions for valid microchipping), insert—
“Updating information
9A. Where the information referred to in regulation 9(2)(b) changes at any time after the recording of that information on the database, the keeper shall notify the operator of the database with the new information as soon as reasonably practicable.”.
