2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of—
(a)section 68(3) (annual reports), for the purpose only of giving effect to section 70(2);
(b)section 70(1) (annual returns by charities), in so far as not already in operation;
(c)section 71 (offences), in so far as it relates to section 70(2);
(d)section 168 (manner of giving notice of charity meetings, etc.);
(e)section 169(2) (manner of executing documents), except in so far as subsection (3) relates to the official custodian;
(f)section 170 (transfer and evidence of title to property vested in trustees); and
(g)section 178 (restriction on institution of proceedings for certain offences), in so far as not already in operation,
is 1st April 2014.
