2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of—
(a)section 38 (regulations about standing orders);
(b)section 53 (code of conduct);
(c)section 124 (supplementary and transitional provisions for the purposes of this Act and other purposes); and
(d)section 127 (regulations and orders)
is 20th May 2014.
