The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 9(1) and (3) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992(1) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, after consultation with the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation.
