Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into operation of—

(a) section 22 (Pension Protection Fund) in so far as it is not already in operation, and

(b) in Schedule 4 (Pension Protection Fund)—

(i) paragraph 1 in so far as it is not already in operation;

(ii) paragraphs 21 to 28 (postponement of compensation), and

(iii) paragraphs 29 to 36 (pension compensation sharing: postponement of compensation),

is 27th March 2013.
