section 22 (Pension Protection Fund) in so far as it is not already in operation, and
b
in Schedule 4 (Pension Protection Fund)—
i
paragraph 1 in so far as it is not already in operation;
ii
paragraphs 21 to 28 (postponement of compensation), and
iii
paragraphs 29 to 36 (pension compensation sharing: postponement of compensation),
is 27th March 2013.
