This Order amends Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Offences) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997 as a consequence of the implementation of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 (“the Goods Vehicles Act”) by omitting item A2 and re-introducing the offence under the Goods Vehicles Act as item 50A.
