The Single Use Carrier Bags Charge Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013

The Department of the Environment makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 77(2) and 90(2)(b), 90(3)(a) and (b) of, and paragraphs 1, 2, 3(1)(a), 3(2), (3), (4) and 4 to 22 of Schedule 6 to, the Climate Change Act 20081.
