The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013

The Department makes the following Regulations— 

1. (a)

   after consultation in accordance with Article 3(2) of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Northern Ireland) Order 1998;

2. (b)

   having regard to the matters in Article 3(6) as required by Article 3(5) of that Order (subject to the modifications required through the exercise of the powers in Article 3(4));and

3. (c)

   in accordance with the duty in Article 3(7) of that Order.
