Article 21 of the 2009 Order9 is amended as follows.
(2)
In paragraph (1) omit each reference to “or fossil derived bioliquid”.
(3)
In paragraph (3)(a)(iv) omit “or”.
(4)
In paragraph (3)(a)(v) omit “and”.
(5)
After paragraph (3)(a)(v) insert—
“(vi)
corrosion control; or
(vii)
fouling reduction, and”.
