Superannuation (Victims and Survivors Service Limited) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012

Coming into operation
The Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 3(4) and (7) of the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 19721 and now vested in it2.

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Victims and Survivors Service Limited) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012, shall come into operation on 11th February 2013 and shall have effect from 1st November 2012.

Addition to list of employments2.

There shall be added to the kinds of employment listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, employment by Victims and Survivors Service Limited3.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order adds employment by Victims and Survivors Service Limited to the kinds of employment listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 for which the Department of Finance and Personnel may make pension schemes. It has retrospective effect from 1 November 2012 by virtue of Article 3(7) of that Order.
