Air Passenger Duty (2012 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012

The Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Air Passenger Duty (Setting of Rates) Act (Northern Ireland) 2012(1).
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Air Passenger Duty (2012 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012.
Appointed day
2. 1st January 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the Air Passenger Duty (Setting of Rates) Act (Northern Ireland) 2012 insofar as it is not already in operation.
