(a)under “PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE”, for “1st September”, substitute “1st July”;
(b)in paragraph 3(d) of Section A, after “community service order”, insert “or a community payback order with an unpaid work or other activity requirement imposed under section 227A or 227M of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995(1)”;
(c)in paragraph 4 of Section A, after “probation”, insert “or had made in respect of him a community payback order under section 227A of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 that did not include an unpaid work or other activity requirement under section 227A(2)(c)”;
(d)in Section C, for “medical practitioners”, substitute “medical practitioners (registered with the General Medical Council)”.
