A generator or distributor whose equipment is subject to inspection, test or examination for the purpose of ascertaining whether a breach of these Regulations may have occurred, by an inspector appointed under Article 33 of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, shall afford reasonable facilities therefor.

A generator or distributor shall provide such information to the inspector as they may require for the purposes of performing their functions under this regulation.
