Citation and commencement 1 These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Great Britain Reciprocal Arrangements) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 29th October 2012. Amendment of the Child Support (Great Britain Reciprocal Arrangements) Regulations 2 1 The Child Support (Great Britain Reciprocal Arrangements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3). 2 In regulation 2(1) for “1A and 1B” substitute “1A, 1B and 1C”. 3 After Schedule 1B (exchange of letters) insert the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
