The Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(2) of the Construction Contracts (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011(1).
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Construction Contracts (2011 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012.
Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Construction Contracts (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 shall be 14th November 2012.
