The Construction Contracts Exclusion Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In article 2(e), for “Article 17(4) of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1973”5, substitute “Article 161 of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006”6.

In article 3(2)(c), omit head (v).
