Citation 1 This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding Board (2011 Act) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012. Appointed day 2 1 Insofar as not already in operation, the day appointed for the coming into operation of all provisions of the Safeguarding Board Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 other than those listed in paragraph (2) is 14th September 2012. 2 Those provisions are sections 3(5) and 7(1)(b).
