The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2) of the Safeguarding Board Act (Northern Ireland) 2011

, makes the following Order.

Citation1.

This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding Board (2011 Act) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012.

Appointed day2.(1)

Insofar as not already in operation, the day appointed for the coming into operation of all provisions of the Safeguarding Board Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 other than those listed in paragraph (2) is 14th September 2012.
