Appointed Day 2 The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Assembly Members (Independent Financial Review and Standards) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 is 17th September 2012— a section 17 (functions of the Commissioner); b sections 25 to 27 (investigations of the Commissioner); c section 28 to 33 (investigatory powers of the Commissioner).
