Provisions coming into operation on 10th September 2012

2.  The appointed day for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Order is 10th September 2012—

(a) Article 45(6);

(b) Article 45(7) insofar as it is not already in operation;

(c) Article 49(1) to (4)(1);

(d) Article 49(7)(2) insofar as it is not already in operation;

(e) Article 52(3) (provision of information to supervisory authorities) insofar as it is not already in operation.

Article 49(1) to (4) is amended by section 78 of, and paragraph 13(2) of Schedule 7 to, the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (c. 9).

Article 49(7) is amended by section 78 of, and paragraph 13(2) of Schedule 7 to, the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.

Article 52 is amended by section 78 of, and paragraph 13(5) of Schedule 7 to, the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.
