Citation and commencement 1 These Regulations may be cited as the Quality of Bathing Water (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2012. Interpretation 2 The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954( applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly. Amendments to the Quality of Bathing Water Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 3 For Schedule 1 to the Quality of Bathing Water Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
