Amendment of the Stakeholder Pension Schemes Regulations

21.—(1) The Stakeholder Pension Schemes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 3 (requirements applying to all stakeholder pension schemes as regards instruments establishing such schemes) omit paragraph (7).

(3) In regulation 13(4)(2) (expenses, commission etc. – principles) omit sub-paragraph (a).
