PART 2 Amendments coming into operation immediately before, or on, 6th April 2012

Amendment of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order

2.  In Article 283 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989(1) (income payments orders)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (8)(a) omit “and”;

(b) omit paragraph (8)(b);

(c) in paragraph (9) for “and “protected rights” have” substitute “has”.
