Amendment of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order2.
In Article 283 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 19892 (income payments orders)—
(a)
at the end of paragraph (8)(a) omit “and”;
(b)
omit paragraph (8)(b);
(c)
in paragraph (9) for “and “protected rights” have” substitute “has”.
