Pensioner premium for a person to whom paragraph 5 applies who—

(1)

(a)

is a single claimant and—

(a)

(i)

is entitled to the work-related activity component,

(i)

(ii)

is entitled to the support component, or

(ii)

(iii)

is not entitled to either of those components;

(iii)

(b)

is a member of a couple and—

(b)

(i)

is entitled to the work-related activity component,

(i)

is entitled to the support component, or

(ii)

is not entitled to either of those components

Severe disability premium—

(a)

where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 6(2)(a);

where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 6(2)(b)—

if there is someone in receipt of a carer’s allowance or if the person or any partner satisfies that condition only by virtue of paragraph 6(5),

£32∙60 in respect of each person who satisfies the condition specified in paragraph 8(1).

a child or young person, nor

(ii)

a member of a couple or a polygamous marriage,

in respect of whom the condition specified in paragraph 7 is satisfied;

(b)

£21∙30 where the claimant is a member of a couple or a polygamous marriage and the condition specified in paragraph 7 is satisfied in respect of a member of that couple or polygamous marriage.
