The Department is the competent authority for the purposes of—

(a)

Articles 3(g) and (h), 10(3)(b), 22(3), 23, 32(1)(b)(i), 33(2), 34 and 35 of the Pets Regulation,

(b)

Article 2(1) of Decision 2007/25/EC, and

(c)

article 10 of this Order
