The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011(1), makes the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) (2011 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011.

Appointed Day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 is 14^th December 2011.
