The following provisions of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 shall come into operation on the 1st January 2012—
(a)
Article 45 (supervised activity order for default in payment of certain fines); and
(b)
Schedule 3 (supervised activity orders: further provisions).
