Amendment of the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Regulations

15.—(1) The Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (3).

(2) In regulation 3A(1)(2) (requirement for certain lone parents to take part in an interview)—

(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit “and”;

(b)in sub-paragraph (c), for “6” substitute “4, 5 or 6”;

(c)at the end of sub-paragraph (c) insert —

“, and

(d)he has attained the age of 18.”.

(3) In regulation 11(3) (failure to take part in an interview)—

(a)in paragraph (2)(c) omit “on the date the reduction commences”; and

(b)omit paragraph (8).
