23.—(1) In relation to Northern Ireland, any reference to the Agency Workers Regulations 2010(1) within the statutory provisions listed in Schedule 1 shall be construed as a reference to the Agency Workers Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011.
(2) Schedule 2 which contains amendments to legislation shall have effect.
