1. These Regulations may be cited as the Factories Act (Northern Ireland) 1965 and Office and Shop Premises Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 (Repeals and Modifications) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 and shall come into operation on 31 October 2011 (referred to in these Regulations as “the commencement date”).
