1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Prohibition of Unlicensed Fishing) (Prescribed Species) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2011.
(2) These Regulations apply in the Foyle Area and the Carlingford Area.
