Amendment of the Eggs and Chicks Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20104
In regulation 2(1) (Interpretation) after the definition of “eggs for hatching”, there shall be inserted—
“electronic communication” has the same meaning as in section 4(1) of the Electronic Communications Act (Northern Ireland) 200110
