Citation and commencement 1 1 This Order may be cited as the Housing (Amendment) (2011 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011. 2 In this Order “the 2011 Act” means the Housing (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011. Appointed days 2 1 30th June 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2011 Act specified in Schedule 1. 2 1st September 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2011 Act specified in Schedule 2.
