Citation, commencement and interpretation 1 1 This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency (Establishment and Constitution) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 and shall come into operation on 26th May 2011. 2 In this Order “the principal Order” means the Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency (Establishment and Constitution) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004. Amendment of Article 5 of the principal Order 2 In Article 5(1) (Disqualification for appointment) of the principal Order, delete sub-paragraph (h).
