Citation, commencement and interpretation 1 1 These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Social Services Trusts (Membership and Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 and shall come into operation on 26th May 2011. 2 In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Health and Social Services Trusts (Membership and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994. Amendment of Regulation 11 of the principal Regulations 2 In Regulation 11 (Disqualification for appointment of chairman and non-executive directors) of the principal Regulations delete sub-paragraph (g) and amend sub-paragraph “(h)” to read “(g)”.
