EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order provides for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Rates (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009—

(a) listed in Schedule 1 to this Order, on 10th February 2011;

(b) listed in Schedule 2 to this Order, on 1st October 2011.
