Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Rates (Amendment) (2009 Act) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011.
(2) In this Order “the 2009 Act” means the Rates (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009.
Appointed days
2.—(1) 10th February 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2009 Act listed in Schedule 1.
(2) 1st October 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2009 Act listed in Schedule 2.
