The Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 No. 154

Interpretation

2.—(1) In this Order “the 2001 Order” means the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001 (1).

(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) shall apply to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
