Amendments to the Legal Aid for Crown Court Proceedings (Costs) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2005

13.  In rule 13—

(a) in paragraph (1)–

(i) omit sub-paragraph (b);

(ii) omit “, to review the decision”;

(b) in paragraph (6)(a), omit “or the decision referred to in paragraph (1)(b), as the case may be,”;

(c) omit paragraph (9).
