The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1(3) of the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006(1).
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Services (2006 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010.
Appointed day
2. In so far as not already in operation, the day appointed for the coming into operation of the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 is 15th November 2010.
