The Work and Families (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 No. 295 (C. 16)

Provisions coming into operation on 9th September 2010

2.  The following provisions of the 2006 Order shall come into operation on 9th September 2010—

(a) Articles 5 to 12;

(b) Article 13(1), in so far as it relates to the provisions in Schedule 1 referred to in paragraph (c); and

(c) Schedule 1, paragraphs 18, 19, 21, 23, 27, 29, 36, 37, 40, 42, 43 and 46 to 48.
