The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 10 (1) and (1A) of the Adoption (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 (1) and Articles 17 (2), 30, 31, 32 and 48 (2) of the Health and Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (2), makes the following Regulations:
S.I.1987 No.2203 (N.I.22) Article 10 (1A) is inserted by Schedule 4 to S.I. 2003/431 (N.I.9)
