12.  Without prejudice to section 19(1)(a)(v) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) (right of a body corporate to regulate its own procedure) the RBSO shall make standing orders regulating the procedure of the RBSO, its committees and sub-committees, including provision regulating—

(a) the convening of meetings;

(b) the fixing of the quorum; and

(c) the conduct of business at meetings.
