In regulation 121 (Application of this chapter to part-time employment), for paragraph (2) substitute—

The amount of the employed pensioner’s reckonable pay for the purposes of the old service pension, as referred to in regulation 119(1)(a), shall be determined without reference to regulation 18 or 19 (reckonable pay for non-concurrent and concurrent part-time workers).
